Hmmm, so I'm currently in the Gate of Madness, and the skill trainers don't seem to have the skill. Is it in some obscure outpost somewhere? Or is there an even later skill trainer that has the skill?

well according to the nightfall trainers link at wiki it at kodash bazaar... do you know that guildwiki is working again?
